Buying from XO Games online gives you legal rights under UK consumer law.

Change of mind (online orders)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for most products.

To cancel:

You must return the item within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

Return costs:
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Condition of returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In a resalable condition

We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is reasonable to inspect it.

Items you cannot return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sealed trading card products once opened

  • Digital products after download

  • Items personalised or made to order

(This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.)

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
