If we cannot accept your order (for example due to stock issues or an obvious pricing error), we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

Pre-order items are dispatched in line with their stated release dates, which may change due to suppliers or distributors.

If an order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will normally be shipped together once the final pre-order item is ready to dispatch, unless stated otherwise.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised access where reasonable care has not been taken.
