Shipping method

We currently ship orders within the UK using Royal Mail.

Order packing & dispatch times

Our working hours are:

  • Wednesday to Saturday: 2pm – 10pm

  • Sunday: 12pm – 8pm

  • Monday & Tuesday: Closed

Orders are packed during our working hours and are usually dispatched on the next Royal Mail business day that we are working (Wednesday–Saturday).

If an order is placed outside our working hours or outside Royal Mail’s operating times, dispatch may be delayed. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

Dispatch guidance (outside working hours)

The table below provides rough guidance only for orders placed outside our working hours:

  • Monday & Tuesday:
    Packed on Wednesday, dispatched Thursday

  • Saturday & Sunday:
    Packed on the day of ordering where possible
    Some orders may be dispatched on Monday, but most will be dispatched on Wednesday

These are estimates only and not guaranteed dispatch dates.

We ship using the following service:

  • Orders under £100: £3.99

  • Orders over £100: Free shipping

Delays outside our control

While we aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes outlined above, there may be factors outside our control (such as courier delays or operational issues) that affect delivery times.

If this happens, we will communicate with you directly where possible.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are dispatched in line with their release date and will not be shipped early.

Once a pre-order item has been dispatched, delivery timing is outside our control. As most releases take place on a Friday, if delivery does not occur on the release date, please allow the courier until the following Monday.

All pre-orders are shipped with tracking, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Orders containing pre-order items

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the latest pre-order item is ready to dispatch.
